I know some of you will have been pretty fit and active in your teenage year, and some of you may still have maintained some of that fitness. Others will be more like me. You’ve attempted to exercise sporadically throughout your life, but nothing has ever really stuck.

So we’re going to do things differently. I don’t want you to take out a gym membership. I don’t want you to buy any new exercise equipment. You won’t even need a new pair of trainers. Because we’re going to do things differently this time. We’re going to do something that actually works.

We’re going to be taking action on what we learned about habits in the last stage. We’re going to plan out an exercise program that aims to help you establish an exercise habit by making it so easy that you can’t possibly fail.
