Stage 4 – Understanding Your Nutritional Options & Preparing For Change

At this stage you’re becoming more knowledgeable about your health situation, and you’re curious about the nutritional options available to you, but don’t know where to start.

In the videos in this section I’m going to be taking you through everything you need to know in order to get started.

I’ll be taking you through what I call “The Carb Dodging Framework” where I’ll explain the three main nutritional approaches you may wish to take and why I strongly recommend starting with a ketogenic diet.

Next up I’m going to help you identify some of the potential roadblocks that might trip you up before you even get started. There are four key areas:-

  1. Sleeping Issues
  2. Stress Management
  3. Your relationship with alcohol
  4. Food addiction / emotional eating

You should be able to identify if any of these are likely to hinder your progress, and begin to establish some strategies to overcome them.

Then we’ll make sure you have all the knowledge you need in order to get started on your ketogenic diet.
